>\u003Cp>さて、今月後半から夏休みが始まりますので、\u003Cspan style=\"background-color:#EE7A00;color:hsl(0,0%,100%);\">\u003Cstrong>生徒さんには自分に自信をつけられるように頑張ってほしい\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>と思っています。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>長年、校舎運営をしてきて感じていることですが「一を言えば十わかる」ような素晴らしく能力の高い生徒さんもおられますが、それはほんの一部であり、大多数の方の能力はほぼ同じではないかと思っています。そのため、\u003Cstrong>ちゃんと努力すれば今の成績順位や偏差値を十分上げられると思うのですが、各人の努力度には差があります。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>これには色々理由が考えられますが、\u003Cstrong>自分の学習面での自信を持っているかどうかが大きいのではないかと思います。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"background-color:hsl(200,100%,75%);\">\u003Cstrong>自分に自信があれば大変なことでも結構頑張れるものです。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>以前、「ノミの跳躍実験」についての本を読んだことがあるのですが、ノミを高さ５０ｃｍほどの容器に入れ実験するというものです。ノミは高さ２ｍほどの跳躍力を持っていますので最初は容器から出ようと勢いよく飛びますが、途中でフタをされるとどれだけ頑張っても容器から出られなくなり、自信を失ってしっかり飛ばなくなるそうです。そして、最後には容器のフタを取ってももう飛ぼうとしないそうですよ。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>「自分にはできない」と思い込んでしまうともう努力しなくなる。\u003C\u002Fstrong>これはノミでも人間でも同じなんですね。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>そのため、この夏は自信もつくようなやり方を考えてやってほしいなあと思っています。例えば、復習量を今までの２～３倍に増やし、一日の終わりに\u003Cspan
