style=\"color:#005DC0;\">\u003Cstrong>「自力で問題を解けるようにする指導」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>■丁寧に教えるだけでは、本物の実力はつかない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>個別指導には、生徒一人ひとりの理解状況に合わせて「きめ細かく指導できる」というメリットがあります。しかしその一方で、生徒にとっては「分からなければ先生に教えてもらえばいい」という安易な考えを持たせてしまう可能性もあります。先生がいくら丁寧に分かりやすく解説したとしても、\u003Cstrong>「自分の頭で考え、自力で解く」経験を積まない限り、本物の実力はつきません\u003C\u002Fstrong>。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>そこで、今回のミーティングでは、その点を踏まえた上で以下の2つのスキルとマインドを伸ばす「指導力アップ研修」を行いました。\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan style=\"color:#005DC0;\">\u003Cstrong>・生徒の課題を発見する力\u003Cbr>・生徒に考えさせる授業の進め方\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>■ミーティングを終えた指導者たちの「気づきと学び」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>ミーティング後、指導者たちの「振り返り表」には、今後の指導に活かせるリアルな気づき・学びがたくさん書かれていました。その一部をご紹介します。\u003Cbr>------------------------------------------------\u003Cbr>○ 正解している問題でも\u003Cstrong>「なぜその答えを選んだのか？」を問いかける\u003C\u002Fstrong>ことで、生徒の理解度を確認する必要性を感じた。\u003Cbr>○ \u003Cstrong>生徒のつまずきに３段階ある\u003C\u002Fstrong>ことを知り、そのどの段階にいるのかを把握することの大切さを感じた。\u003Cbr>○
