style=\"color:#005DC0;\">\u003Cstrong>「自力で問題を解けるようにする指導」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>■丁寧に教えるだけでは、本物の実力はつかない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>個別指導には、生徒一人ひとりの理解状況に合わせて「きめ細かく指導できる」というメリットがあります。しかしその一方で、生徒にとっては「分からなければ先生に教えてもらえばいい」という安易な考えを持たせてしまう可能性もあります。先生がいくら丁寧に分かりやすく解説したとしても、\u003Cstrong>「自分の頭で考え、自力で解く」経験を積まない限り、本物の実力はつきません\u003C\u002Fstrong>。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>そこで、今回のミーティングでは、その点を踏まえた上で以下の2つのスキルとマインドを伸ばす「指導力アップ研修」を行いました。\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan
