p>\u003Cp>私は夏生まれということもあり、昔は夏が来たら無条件にテンションが上がってましたが、昨今の夏の酷暑は逆に気が滅入ってしまいます・・。しかし受験生はそんなこと言ってられません。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>今回は受験生に絶対必要な\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\" style=\"color:#F25446;\">「能動的で」「計画的な」勉強\u003C\u002Fspan>について話をしたいと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color:#1199DD;\">「やらされるor与えられる勉強＝受動的な勉強」\u003C\u002Fspan>と、\u003Cspan style=\"color:#1199DD;\">「自ら弱点を克服しにいくような勉強＝能動的な勉強」\u003C\u002Fspan>では、\u003Cspan style=\"color:#F25446;\">勉強の効率に何倍も差が出ます\u003C\u002Fspan>。よく「効率の良い勉強法は？」と聞かれますが、質問された意図と外れるかも知れないのですが、\u003Cspan style=\"color:#F25446;\">「自分で考えた勉強計画を実行すること」\u003C\u002Fspan>が答えになります。もちろん各教科、各単元ごとには細々としたポイントのようなものはありますが、勉強する本人が自分で勉強内容を考えるだけで、かなりの効率は上がります。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>たとえば・・\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>あなたが数学のベクトルが苦手だとしましょう。①日曜日の午前中の３時間を使って苦手なベクトルを解決するべく勉強をする。②やらなくてはいけない数学の課題があり、その中にベクトルの問題が出てきた。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>同じ時間が経った後で、どんな結果になっているか割と想像に難くないかなと思います。②は「うわ、苦手なベクトルだ・・」となり、参考書から類題を探して、なんとなく解法を真似て課題の空欄を埋めていきます。\u003Cspan style=\"color:#F25446;\">\u003Cstrong>①はもしかしたらこの３時間で苦手なベクトルが解決している可能性すらありますね\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>なぜこのような差が出るかというと、\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\" style=\"color:#F25446;\">\u003Cstrong>「目的の違い」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>なんです。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"background-color:hsl(60,100%,69%);\">\u003Cstrong>①は「苦手な単元を解決すること」が目的、②は「課題を終わらせること」が目的\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>です。つまり②は理解は二の次であり、プリントの空欄が埋まっていくことが第一です。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>当たり前ですが学校は集団授業です。コースなどがいっしょであれば、みんな一緒の課題が出されます。出さなければ内申点に響くため、やはり目的は「プリントを埋めて提出」になってしまいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>本来であれば解決しなくてはいけないことは個人ごとで違うはずです。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color:#F25446;\">\u003Cstrong>「自分の弱点は何か」「それを解決するには何をするべきか」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>を自分で考えさせて、実行させるものが写真の「必勝計画表」です。人はやることが「具体的に」決まっていればいるほど、それだけやる確率が高まります（「勉強しなさい」よりも「英語を勉強しなさい」のほうが、さらに「●●という教材の、○○ページをしなさい」のほうが動きやすい）。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>まずは目標を決め、それを達成するために必要なこと（教材、ページ、量）を挙げ、さらにそれを何曜日にするのかまで落とし込んでいるのがこの計画表です。もちろん「どう作っていけばいいか分からない」という場合はいっしょに作成していきます。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>作った計画表通りに進めば理想的ですが、例年見てるとそう事はうまくは運びません。しかし、\u003Cspan style=\"color:#1199DD;\">この計画があるのとないのでは、「実際にやる量」にも大きな差が出ます\u003C\u002Fspan>。やることがきっちり決まっていて、そのうちの何割しか出来ないとしても、何も計画がなく思い付きで日々勉強するよりも圧倒的に前者の方が量をこなしてますし、目的が明確な分、いわゆる「質」も高いです。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>夏は大事です。夏休みが終わったらまた学校が始まり、現学年内容の学びが再開します。最終学年のため、内容も難しいです。１，２年の復習に手はなかなか回らないでしょう。じゃあ次の冬休みはどうか。冬休みは入試対策一色になります。つまりこの夏は\u003Cspan
